Ashley Re-doing Open 16.3

CrossFit Open workout 16.3 was somewhat expected but despised by many, it was another open workout with muscle ups in it. This time it was bar muscle ups which threw off some people who had been practicing ring muscle ups from last years open work out 15.3. It started with 7 Ring muscle ups before you could move on to any other movement leaving many open competitors with a big fat zero or maybe a rep or two.
Here’s Ashley Rath re-doing 16.3 about 3 months after her first attempt (her last score was 10 reps of Snatches). More work to do? Sure! But check the progress!
