Partner WOD!

Pulling, pressing and squating with a buddy today! One person works at a time on odd minutes and both rest on even minutes.

For example:
Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.

Don’t have a buddy?? Not a problem you can cut the reps in half and run it solo!
