3 Rounds of descending reps at 21-15-9 is well known to most CrossFitters and depending on the movements could take anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes to complete! Those are an intense 3-15 minutes though. We mentally do well with the descending reps knowing each round should be a little easier as we fatigue.

Today the harder movement for most will be the OverHead Walking Lunge- 

Perform a lunge while holding two weighted object over your head. Bumper plates, dumbbells, and barbells are most commonly used. Keep your elbows fully extended for optimum efficiency.
