Bench & Clean

Picking the load for today should be fairly easy as we just ran heavy bench for 3 reps a few days ago. If you were unable to do your body-weight on the heavy 3 we wouldn’t want to attempt that today. A more appropriate load may be around 75% of our body-weight/ 50% or even lower to keep our form. Some may switch to floor press also depending on the load or availability of benches. We can always partner up and have one start on Med ball cleans as well.
