Strength: Hang Power Snatch

Dial in the form as we work on this lift, the great thing about strength days is that we are really able to focus in on one movement and take our time to understand it and improve on it.

Hang power snatch: Perform a “power snatch” from the hang position (the top of a deadlift). The movement begins by loading the hamstrings using a dipping motion. Push your hips backwards and flex the knees allowing the bar to travel down to your mid-thigh area.
