Two gymnastic movements mixed with a weightlifting movement that is arguably one of the best weighted core movements around. Chest to bar pull-ups, ring dips and the overhead squat. The load for the overhead squat should be set to make it through 15 reps in one or two sets max.

We’ll put 20 minutes on the clock and see how many times you can make it through the 30 reps per round. The ring dips have been a harder movement for some- to make it through 5 rounds (or 50 ring dips) will be quite the challenge for some. Especially if you are attempting RX!
