Four Minutes

Today should be something fun! You have Four minutes to complete each round (4 rounds) we’ll use the wall ball for 45 reps going extra high for our target and some med ball cleans but then we’ll use whatever remaining time we have to rack up as many calories as possible on the rower.

3:00 Rest in between each round- this is for our recovery and we’ll also us this to stagger groups for the rowers.
