It’s kinda like “Fran”…

But it’s not Fran, it’s like Fran’s older sister who’s kinda meaner but in a different way. Fran is 45 reps total of each movement (Thruster & Pull-ups) and this is 63 of each movement so it will need to be approached in a slightly different way. If you go unbroken on the thrusters you had better have quite the ticker (good conditioning) to maintain speed. Otherwise breaking up the reps in half or thirds will suit most. Pull-ups could be unbroken but most likely will be broken similarly to the thrusters or even more broken up than that. Have fun!
