Pull-ups & Back Squats

How many pull-ups can you do in a row without stopping or dropping? We’ll find out today in our warm-up! Even if you need to use a band or switch to max ring rows we’ll get a number.

After that we’ll switch to 10 minutes of back squats and double unders, pull the load from the floor unless you are unable to clean it and over into the back squat position.
