Push Jerk

Strength today with the Push Jerk. We’ll be working on heavy singles, trying to get up to something very heavy and consistently repeating that load or continuing to climb up to a new 1 rep max.

Don’t rush it! Take your time in between reps to rest as needed and then go for it again. This allows us to really focus on one movement and get it down really well.
