“The Ghost”

Prepare to look like a ghost after this 6 rounder…cause you’ll be dead!

Well not really, it’s just 23 minutes of cardio and we need it! 🙂 If you have an old score it will be easier to pick a number to beat. If this is your first time running The Ghost you’ll want to use round 1 to set a number and try to stick as close to it as possible. This will get really difficult around round 4 so stay strong and keep moving!
