8:00 Total workout

In preparation for the open we’ll run four 2:00-minute AMRAPs and then really focus on some mobility for the rest of the time. This will be a normal practice for just one more week as we finish out our 5 CrossFit Open workouts which almost half the gym signed up for!
Here is our prediction:
Deadlift- Maybe Some gymnastic movement- Muscle up, pull-up or chest to bar pull-up
Snatch- maybe
Burpee- very likely!
