Paleo RETEST 2

It wouldn’t be a paleo WOD without some burpees in it right?! So here we go for paleo WOD 2!

Paleo Challenge WOD 2 
Roll: Calves 
Lacrosse: Vastus lateralis 
Warm-up:
10 Chin-ups
10 push-ups
10 Sampson lunges 
10 KBS
10 cals on the bike
4 gym jogs

WOD:
12:00 AMRAP 
10 Burpees
25 Double Unders (or 50 Singles)

Cool Down: 
Roll Quads 2:00-3:00 (spend some time!)
Banded Triceps stretch 1:30/side
