Rope Climbs & Row!

Now that’s what I call a pulling workout volume 1! But seriously this a decent amount of pulling. Scale the climbs down as need and if it’s taking you more than 1:00-1:15 to get to the rower think about taking a rep or two off of the rope climbs. We’ll be able to run 12 per class easily with the built-in rest time. If there are more, grab an echo bike!
