Lunge + Run + a Vest?

So this one looks simple enough. We’ll do the 100m worth of lunges inside (note that is 100 meters, not 100 feet!) Which is about 3 and a quarter lengths of the gym. After that, we’ll go LEFT out the door to 2 cones on the sidewalk. The kicker is that it’s 400m of lunges and 1200m of running, oh and wear a vest if you can. We’ve run just the 400m of walking lunges before but never with running so this is going to be way more fun!
