More GHD Sit-ups?!

Ya but there’s also really heavy squat cleans so there ya go… But seriously sometimes putting a movement into 2 WOD’s in the same week IS actually providing us with some variation in our fitness. If we never did that it would actually be more predictable and the body could adapt to never doing the same thing over and over again which is not life. Sometimes we do repeat movements in real life like doing the laundry, giving the dog a bath, carrying in groceries or chopping wood.

ROMWOD after this one- we need to mobilize!
