Strict pull and push

Our goal today with all these strict chest to bar pull-ups and strict ring dips is not to just separate out the RX (workout done exactly as prescribed) folks from the scaled but to work on and improve these movements. Don’t be discouraged, look at it for what it is- it may be more of a skill day than a strength day for some. Either way make your first rep and your last rep look exactly the same!
