GHD’s & KBS

Of course we’re talking about Glute Ham Developers and Kettle Bell Swings. For the GHD we’re closing that hip in the active phase of the movement and in the KBS we’re opening the hip in the active phase. The great thing is that we’re really workout out our core front to back while opening and closing the hip. Scale the reps as needed because the GHD is quite potent!
