We have not done “Nicole” or at least not since we’ve started tracking our workouts in #beyondthewhiteboard. This one is really all about the pull-ups. So taper the run down a just a bit while you try to hang out on the bar as long as possible!

Pull-up reps win on the leaderboard but there is some strategy on the running also, if you pace it properly you’ll have time to get the last run in and maybe have a bit of a rest before the last attempt of pull-ups.
