Strength: Deadlift

This is a repeat from December 2018. Check out the gif above of the deadlift. Watch the hip as the bar moves in a straight line on his vertical shin up toward the front of the hip, and then watch the hips drive back as the load descends. Do you see any movement in the neck and chin? Nope, that line is solid and neutral & we see him looking ahead (not up) as he finishes the rep. COPY THAT and you’ll build up that posterior chain and be all around stronger for it!
