25 Minutes total but we’ll have the clock run on 5-minute increments, grab a whiteboard to keep track of your rounds. You did read that correctly, it’s strict pull-ups, not to be confused by weighted, chest to bar, butterfly, kipping, banded or a few other variations I’m leaving out 🙂
