Weightlifting Week!

You read that correctly! Last week we stayed around the 10-15 minute mark when it came to our workouts last week and this week we’re getting in some good ole fashioned weightlifting. A different movement each day but we’ll focus on that single lift for the whole class. Don’t worry too much about load as many of us are just getting back to the barbell for the first time in a while. Have fun and focus on the form!
