The Paleo challenge is an 8 week nutritional program designed to educate individuals on how to make good decisions about how they fuel their bodies in order to lose body fat and improve overall health. Rocksteady members and non-members are welcome so invite a buddy! Detox, lose fat, gain lean mass, feel better, move better, win prizes!

Same Challenge with 2 starting dates: pick one that works best for you! You have a week to get in your measurements and workouts and start prepping your fridge and cabinets! 🙂

Group A: February 18- February 24th (Monday-Sunday) for measurements and workouts, start tracking nutrition Monday February 25th

Group B: February 25th- March 4th (Monday-Sunday) for measurements and workouts, start tracking nutrition Monday March 16th.

Why Paleo?

The modern diet, full of processed, nutrient deficient foods and loaded with sugar, is at the root of diseases such as obesity, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, depression and infertility just to name a few. The Paleo diet encourages eating whole, unprocessed, nutrient-dense food including grass fed meats, eggs, wild-caught seafood, vegetables, fruit, nuts, and seeds while eliminating foods that harm us by causing systemic inflammation, wrecking our guts, and making us sick and fat.

How it works:

8 Week long challenge. 

  • We’ll be using the new Naked body scanner instead of before and after pics!
  • Performance workouts to track progress
  • Meal planning/ Recipes (become a better cook!)
  • Facebook support group (shamelessly share food pics, recipes you like/hate, ask questions)
  • Weekly emails/videos with up to date nutritional information
  • Daily points sheet that will be turned in weekly for better adherence and accountability

(For the naked scan please wear what you are comfortable with but remember that tighter fitting clothing will show your results better, and it would be good to plan on wearing the same thing for the next scan)

Cost:  $150/ person

Why 150 bucks dude?!  This is an awesome challenge that we have used multiple times across several gyms with amazing results every single time. Also half of the money goes right to the prize purse. This means if 10 people sign up the potential winnings are $750, 20 people =$1500 and so on.

I want you to pay for something where you will really feel the need to commit and give it your all and I want the potential winnings to be high enough that you will stick it out and want to commit to whole process to get a chance at those winnings.
