New To Crossfit?

We recommend starting with classes designed with beginners in mind. We call these classes the fundamentals. We’ll expose you to most of our major lifts to give you a good foundation to feel confident enough to move into our regular classes. If our regular classes still seem a bit intimidating – no need to worry, we will scale any weight/movement to an appropriate one for your individual fitness level.
